Case Toggle: limits and things worth knowing

Toggling swaps each letter's case individually, so text typed with caps lock inverted comes back correct — including the shift-reversed first letters.
Alternating case is widely used online as a sarcasm marker, but screen readers announce it letter by letter or mispronounce it, so it is inaccessible.
Non-alphabetic characters are unaffected, and letters without a case distinction — most CJK scripts — pass through unchanged.
