Split Text: limits and things worth knowing

• Splitting by size can cut mid-word or mid-line unless you split on a delimiter, so choose line or delimiter mode when structure matters.
• The output is delivered as a ZIP when there are several parts, which keeps the ordering explicit in the filenames.
• Very large inputs are limited by your device's memory, since the whole text is held in the browser — which is also why none of it is uploaded.
• Splitting a CSV by size loses the header on every part after the first; split by lines and re-add the header if the parts must stay valid.
