Can I use this to censor a face or text?
Yes — a large block size makes faces, names or other details unreadable. For the whole image; to pixelate only a region, crop it first, pixelate, then place it back.
Is the effect reversible?
No. Pixelation permanently discards detail, which is exactly why it works for censoring. Keep your original if you need it.
